1 DELEGATE - to - ALL STAR PROGRAM Mission: • To develop leadership abilities, build character, and assume citizenship responsibilities while promoting the enjoyment of the Missouri Fox Trotting Horse. • To learn skills in horsemanship and an understanding of the business of breeding, raising, and training horses. • To encourage greater appreciation for MFTHBA horses. • To teach good sportsmanship through a friendly, competitive atmosphere. • To support the progress and expansion of the MFTHBA industry.
