Service Payment Dates: Due Delinquent Membership Renewals: January 1 st February 1 st Utility Surcharge for Stalls: March 31st April 1 st Celebration Catalog Ads: December 10 th Fox Trot Service Net – Annual: December 1 st Camper Reservations – Ava Spring Show: April 30 th (any remaining spaces will be filled – Ava Celebration: June 30 th on a first come first served basis) Report Dates: Stallion Breeding Report: February 15th Affiliate Annual Report March 1 st Judges: Judges Card Renewal: By December 31 st of appropriate year Nomination Timeframes: Annual Election - Candidates Nomination: July 1 st – August 1 st Hall of Fame Nomination: June 1 st Three-Year Old Futurity (Performance): October 31 st Nov.1 st (penalties begin) Final date for nominations May 31 st Special Events Timetables: Three Year Old Futurity & Spring Show, Ava: June – 2 nd Week Annual Show & Celebration, Ava: September-Starts Labor Day Weekend Eligible to Receive Ballots: Current Memberships as of July 1 st , see Election Rules Annual Election – Ballots: Mailed on or before August 15 th Annual Election – Results Announced: October, Annual Meeting Youth: Election of Youth Officers Celebration Week – September Age Calculations: Age for MFTHBA Members Determined: As of January 1 st of current year Age for Horses Determined: Weanling during year foaled; Yearling as of January 1 of following year; Each January 1 st advance age by one year. Exception, for Show Purposes Only, foals born September 1 st through December 31 st, are considered as being foaled the following year. This provision is not v valid for MFTPR or Weanling Model.
