Louisiana Pink Ride @ Roaring Creek Camp

Louisiana Chapter of the MFTHBA “Pink Ride”. October 19 at the Roaring Creek Camp in Forest Hill, LA. Proceeds will go for breast cancer research. There are water and electric hookups at $10 per night. Trails are easy, pine forest and hardwood bottomland, sandy. No shoes needed.

5th Annual Brushy Creek/Valley Springs Foxtrotters National Trail Ride, October 25-27. There are 40+ water and electric camping spots a few with sewer, dump station, cabins and primitive camping available. There are 5 barns with covered stalls, round pens or corrals. Trails End Restaurant available for meals or eat on your own. Saturday evening dinner provided by the lodge. Over 120 miles of trails moderate to hard. Shoes recommended for horses. Current coggins for in state horses and coggins and heath certificate for out of state horses.
