Calendar of Events
Hosted by the MFTHBA National Trail Ride committee. Monday’s ride will leave across from the MFTHBA showgrounds at 10 am. All other rides will meet and leave the trailheads at 10 am. Bring a sack lunch. The committee recommends that all horses be shod. Current MFTHBA members will receive 1 point. Current members residing from outside of Region 5, 6 or 7 riding 2 or more days will receive 2 trail ride points.
Monday: Bud Hutchison Memorial Ride- Leaves across from the showgrounds.
Tuesday: Assumption Abby – Directions
Wednesday: Crystal Lake – Directions
Thursday: Rockbridge Trout & Game Ranch
Friday: Elk Ranch – Directions

National Trail Ride sponsored by the MFTE e.V. affiliate on September 12-13 at Gut Temmen, Germany. Trails Easy trails, good for beginners and young horses with wonderful landscape. Facilities: place for campers, open shower & toilets. No electric. Pastures, paddocks, some stalls available. Riders eat on their own besides a Barbecue on Saturday night. Some rooms for rent at Gut Temmen. Every horse must show it’s equine passport.

Fall Festival National Trail Ride sponsored by the Arkansas Chapter of the MFTHBA September 18 & 19, 2020. Ride is at the Falling Water Horse Camp in Pelsor, AR. Facilities; RV sites with electric & Water $30 per night. Shower house, 1 cabin that sleeps 3 $75 per night with microwave, small fridge & queen size bed. Covered stalls $5 per day. Trails are rocky with lots of hills and creek crossings and pretty scenery, horses should be shod. Trail guide if needed. Will have a pot luck. For information call Sherry Resecker at 501-350-6980.
