Erin Patterson Recognized as a 2019 MFTHBA Top 5 Trainer

Erin Patterson is a 2019 MFTHBA Top 5 Trainer.

As we did in 2018, the MFTHBA Membership Committee is formally recognizing the Top 5 trainers for the 2019 MFTHBA Trainer of the Year by counting down to the MFTHBA 2019 Trainer of the Year.

Erin Patterson is a two-time MFTHBA Trainer of the Year award winner.  In 2019, Mrs. Patterson had horses compete in both the performance and versatility arenas.

Here are just a few of the horses that Mrs. Patterson trained and their accomplishments in 2019:  the Open Versatility World Grand Champion, Lou’s Priceless Pride, owned by Chastity Young of East Lynne, Missouri; the Open Amateur Three Year Old Futurity Stallions and Gelding Champion, Bravo Tango, owned by Chastity Young of East Lynne, Missouri; and the Youth 12-14 World Grand Champion, Phantoms Prince Charles, owned by Dr. Julie Alford/Revocable Trust and Jamie Alford of Springfield, Missouri.

The Trainer of the Year Award:

The Trainer of the Year award was designed to recognize the achievements of professional horsemen and women involved in the Missouri Fox Trotting Horse Breed.  The award is based on the performance of those horses the trainer works with in the model, versatility, and performance arenas at the two MFTHBA shows.  This year 33 trainers earned points towards the award.

The MFTHBA is grateful to all the equine professionals that dedicate their lives to the Missouri Fox Trotting Horse, and congratulates Erin Patterson on being recognized as a 2019 MFTHBA Top 5 Trainer.
