Golf Cart/Utility Vehicle

MFTHBA and any co-sponsoring organization shall not be responsible for any personal injury, or for loss or damage of property, occurring at any MFTHBA activity. Each owner, operator or passenger shall indemnify and hold harmless the MFTHBA, its officers, directors, committees, and employees from and against all claims, demands, causes of actions and expenses of every kind, including attorney fees, arising out of or related in any manner to the actions or omissions of an owner, operator or passenger. The operator/driver is responsible for any property damage occurring while on MFTHBA property.

**If vehicle is not equipped with lights, a light or bright flashlight must be used during hours of
darkness. **

Owner/Operator understands that insurance is required to operate a golf cart or other utility vehicle on MFTHBA property and signifies by signature below that said insurance is in effect. Operator understands that he/she must be 16 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
