The MFTHBA Rules Committee recently released a feedback form to encourage individuals to make suggestions for modifying or improving the MFTHBA Rule Book. “Our goal is to empower interested people to provide suggestions to improve MFTHBA’s rules and regulations,” shared Chad Hindman, MFTHBA Region 7 Director and Board Representative to the Rules Committee.

The MFTHBA Rules Committee has established the following goals for the 2015 update:

• Provide a rules and regulations handbook which is easy to navigate.

• Decrease duplication of rules and regulations in multiple sections throughout the handbook.

• Clarify rules and regulations which are ambiguous.

All interested parties, regardless of MFTHBA membership status, are encouraged to complete the suggestion form. Three options exist to provide feedback. Individuals may complete an online form, email feedback to Charleen Ostrom, Committee Chairman, or print the form to mail. Suggestions may be submitted anonymously; however, the Rules Committee will provide feedback to all those providing their contact information.

While feedback is welcome at any time, the committee would appreciate suggestions by July 31, 2015. This will allow the committee time to evaluate suggestions and provide recommendations to the MFTHBA Board regarding potential updates or changes.
