New Photography and Videography Policy Approved
The MFTHBA Board of Directors recently approved a policy to address photography and videography on at the MFTHBA World Headquarters and Showgrounds. This policy will help protect the interests of the professionals hired for MFTHBA events. This policy will be in place for all MFTHBA activities.
Professional photographers and videographers or individuals using professional equipment as described in the policy below should contact the MFTHBA office to request permission. The request should include the requestors name, reason for the application, and details on how the materials will be used. Requests will require approval from the Board of Directors.
MFTHBA Visitor/Media Policy
Professional photographers or videographers capturing images are NOT allowed on the MFTHBA World Headquarters and Showgrounds without the express written permission of the MFTHBA.
Professional photography equipment, cameras with lenses 4 inches or longer and/or camera support pods or tripods or video cameras of any size mounted on a tripod are not permitted under any circumstances without the express written permission of the MFTHBA.
All media members must check in with the office and request media credentials. All photography and videography must be conducted without disruption to activities on the grounds.
Violation of the above Visitor and Media policies may be grounds for immediate removal from the premises.
Photographer/videographer who take photos/videos at any MFTHBA event automatically grant MFTHBA permission to full access to use and publish photos/videos taken at no charge. No written release is required for the MFTHBA to use or publish these photos for any reason.
