2019 Three Year Old Futurity Entries
The 2019 Spring Show and Three Year Old Futurity is just a few weeks away. Ninety-eight coming three-year-olds were nominated for the Futurity. As of today, 84 have fully paid the entry fees and are eligible to show at the show this coming June.
The 84 entered horses include offspring from 39 different stallions. The top three sires represented are Grand Central (12), Southern Playboy (8), and Jester’s Charming Legend (6). Forty-seven different stallions sired the dams of this year’s entries. The top three broodmare sires are Prince Jester (7), Jester’s Charming King R (5), and Southern Sunrise (5). The entries are the results of 37 breeding programs. Their breeders still own sixty-five percent of the entries.
