Dear MFTHBA Members,

We regret to announce that Tommy Hayes, our Secretary/Treasurer, has resigned to prioritize his health. Tommy recently underwent heart surgery, and his decision underscores his commitment to recovery and well-being.

Tommy has devoted countless hours to serving our association throughout his tenure. His contributions have made a lasting impact.

On behalf of all our members, the Board of Directors would like to express our gratitude to Tommy and his wife, Patti, for their steadfast support of the MFTHBA. We hope they will stay engaged and involved in the association.

As we look to the future, the Board is committed to making a thoughtful and sound decision regarding Tommy’s replacement. This is a critical position with substantial responsibilities, and it is in the association’s best interest to take the time necessary to ensure the right path forward. To that end, the Board will discuss the options in the rule book for filling this position in the coming week.
