It has come to our attention that the header on the generic ballot was inadvertently labeled as the Region 2 ballot. Please note the following:

• Regions 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, and 10: Your ballot should only include the election for Secretary/Treasurer.
• Regions 2, 5, and 8: Your ballot should include both the election for Secretary/Treasurer and your Regional Director.

Regardless of the header, your ballot is valid and will be counted as intended. Please return your completed ballot directly to the CPA.
