Louisiana Chapter of MFTHBA  hosts the Nick Cox Memorial National Trail Ride. March 23-24. Facilities: 80 stalls $5 per day, 6 cabins $90 per night, 38 camper sites with water and electric. $25 per day. Community kitchen, local restaurants. Trails: Piney woods, hardwood bottom land, guided trails in the Kisatchie National Forest.

MFTHBA sponsored National Trail Ride, April 26-29. Campground with spacious sites within walking distance to dining hall, restrooms and showers. 50 amp hookup and water at each site. $155 for the scheduled 3 day ride. Rooms available to rent (call for availability and price). Lighted stalls with water hookups, dining hall and general store. Trails are wooded, with creeks and rivers.
