Wilderness camping-no elect or restrooms (generators are welcome until 10pm) at Ranch Rudolph there are showers and a restaurant. Bring you own food in case the restaurant is not open for the weekend (next town is 15 miles). Trail information: Trails on rolling hills with water stops. if the riders choose to do the entire ride to Frderick MI. The miles are:From Scheck’s to Rapid River in Kalkasa 20.1 miles. From Rapid River to Goose Creek in Frederick, 25.3 miles. Choosing to purchase a MTRA membership will qualify them to ride all year on MTRA groomed trails during scheduled rides, bus and water available. $35 membership fee. Membership supports groomed trails for horseback riders, bridges and maintained camp areas with outhouses and water access. No fee to stay in one camp. Extra person is $10 per person daily. Cabins and Bunkhouse rooms available(call for rates and availability). Covered lighted stalls at $5 per stall per night. Wash rack, shavings, water. Dining hall with meal packages or individual meals. There are ove 400 acres with newly marked trails on the Flying R property, plus we join the Mark Twain National Forest on three sides of the ranch.
