This enhanced site is designed to improve your experience, offering fast and reliable access to the information you care about most—including our new Online Horse Records system.

Member Access Schedule
To ensure a smooth transition, members will be phased in based on the first letter of their last name:

• Tuesday: A–C
• Wednesday: D–F
• Thursday: G–I
• Friday: J–L
• Saturday: M–O
• Sunday: P–S
• Monday: T–V
• Tuesday: W–Z

You will receive an email invitation from MFTHBA Membership with instructions to create your login. Please add this email to your contacts and check your junk/spam folder if you do not see it. The email will be sent to the address currently on file with the MFTHBA.

What You’ll Find on the New Site

Real-Time Data Access
The new site is directly connected to the MFTHBA Registry and Membership Database. Horse and member records are refreshed every 30 minutes, providing you with current and consistent information.

Simplified Access
Members now benefit from a single login to access all features—including member resources and the Online Horse Records—streamlining your experience and making it easier to manage your information in one place.

Communication Tools
We can now send important updates directly to logged-in users via email. You’ll soon be able to set your communication preferences, allowing you to receive only the updates most relevant to you.

Coming Soon

• Award Standings: Track progress in Fox Trot America, National Trail Rides, Medal Program, Trainer of the Year, and Stallion of the Year.
• Horse Award History: View awards earned by individual horses, displayed right on their record pages.
• Electronic Membership Cards: Members will soon have access to a digital card showing current status, including amateur/professional standing and judge credentials.
