This platform is part of our ongoing effort to enhance the member experience by offering easier access to horse records, program information, and exclusive member resources.

We are aware that some members received multiple emails—sometimes many more than expected. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and want to thank the member who brought this issue to our attention. The site developer is actively investigating the problem and working to prevent it from happening again. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.

If you are a current member and have not received your invitation, please check your spam or junk email folders. The invitation will come from noreply@xakt.me with the email name MFTHBA Membership. If you are unable to locate it, please contact the MFTHBA office to confirm we have your correct email address on file. We have received hundreds of bounced emails due to outdated or incorrect addresses. Once we verify your information, we’ll be happy to resend the invitation.

We encourage all members to add noreply@xakt.me to their contacts to ensure future emails reach your inbox. This email address will be used to share important updates and information directly with members.

While the site is not flashy, it is designed to be functional. It provides real-time access to horse records, including pedigrees, offspring, testing history, program nominations, and ownership history. It also includes basic member information—a particularly helpful feature for National Trail Ride and point show hosts who need to confirm membership when completing paperwork. Additionally, members will find exclusive content, including board and committee updates, housed on the site.

Looking ahead, more features are on the way. In the coming months, members can expect to see award information—including the National Trail Ride, Fox Trot America, the Medal Program, Trainer of the Year, and Stallion of the Year—available in real-time. Horse accomplishment records will also be added, helping highlight and celebrate the success of horses within our breed. The site developer continues to make improvements and resolve issues as they arise, and members are encouraged to provide feedback through a survey available directly on the platform.
