Bryce Jepperson Named 2021 Trainer of the Year

Bryce Jepperson of Buffalo, Wyoming is the 2021 Trainer of the Year

Congratulations to Bryce Jepperson of Buffalo, Wyoming. Mr. Jepperson’s horses and riders had great success in 2021.  This is the first time Mr. Jepperson has been named the MFTHBA Trainer of the Year.

Mr. Jepperson trained and rode the Out of State World Grand Champion, Grand Theft Auto, for John Moreland. He trained the Youth 11 & Under World Grand Champion, Mamma Mia, for Soaring Eagle Ranch. The Youth Versatility World Grand Champion, Strokers Pepper Shaker, for Soaring Eagle Ranch.  The Youth Novice World Champion, M. M. Buttercup, for Soaring Eagle Ranch. In all, horses trained by Mr. Jepperson placed in 71 classes between the MFTHBA Spring Show & Futurity and the MFTHBA World Show & Celebration.

The Trainer of the Year award was designed to recognize the achievements of professional horsemen and women involved in the Missouri Fox Trotting Horse Breed.  Thanks to the new database all classes are now counted towards Trainer of the Year rather than just the championship classes.

The MFTHBA is grateful to all the equine professionals that dedicate their lives to the Missouri Fox Trotting Horse, and the MFTHBA congratulates Bryce Jepperson on being named the 2021 MFTHBA Trainer of the Year.

Mr. Jepperson will be formally recognized at the 2022 Spring Show and Three Year Old Futurity.
